Having met with businesses large and small across the city centre, the MP for York Central has organised a meeting for York’s business community on 28 August at 2pm in the city centre to discuss the challenges facing them, including how the response to retail crime can be better managed and to prevent crime in the future.
At the meeting Ms Maskell will also discuss navigation around the city, access to public toilets and business finances, as well as listen to their hopes and aspirations for the city centre.
The meeting will also be joined by David Skaith, The York and North Yorkshire Mayor, The British Retail Consortium, Make It York, York BID and Indie York.
